Sensaphone 400 comes with built-in capability to tell you the temperature in your home, the ability to listen to your home and the ability to add a set-back thermostat. It also has inputs that can accept self powered sensors like motion, water, door contacts, humidity, etc.
We will install a Sensaphone in your furnace room with a single-heat separate set-back thermostat for $499. Heat / Cool or heat-pump thermostats are extra.
We will connect and install a self powered water on the floor sensor to your Sensaphone for an additional $125.
